In late 2016, I founded unschooly. What started as pop-up workshops in the community, turned into professional facilitation. Due to a change in life circumstances, the venture ended as I moved from Canada to the United States. But I look forward to seeing how the idea behind unschooly can be leveraged in a new location.
I designed the logo, copy, all designs, front-end web development, business plan, etc.
So, what is unschooly? unschooly (yes, lowercase) is a movement. unschooly brings like-minded communities & industry experts together to ignite creativity, learning and fun. The unschooly patron is a different type of person. The type of person who thrives in new experiences, embraces life-long learning and digs their community.
unschooly, is a place where you can make new connections, re-kindle old ones, kill your boredom and learn cool sh!t in cool places by cool industry experts. Often these experiences take place in formal settings and cost wayyyyy too much. We want to disrupt this by making learning fun, affordable, social and experiential.
