HI, I’M KATHRYN!

I’m a story-teller, connector, innovator, traveler, disruptor, shark lover and awkward dancer. Oh, and I’m self admittedly quirky [read: weird]. With a professional background in the private and not-for-profit sectors, I am a pioneering business marketer specializing in strategic visioning, social enterprise, small business and innovation through developing edgy [read: rad] content.

My life and professional experiences have led me down a different path than most. A few years ago, I had an insane dream that would require me to leave my job, sell all of my possessions, buy a one-way ticket and risk everything. In 2012, I made that dream a reality by co-founding a web-based initiative geared towards raising the awareness of Global Citizenship. Was I scared? You bet! Confident that traveling around the world would broaden my mind? Absolutely!

After hundreds of days spent living the digital nomadic life, I’m committed to sustainable community development through social innovation, meaningful change and purpose-driven marketing.

I see marketing, design, technology and innovation as a way to shape the experiences people have with the world. I’m an idealist who sees business and social progress as partners in community impact, not foes. I see story telling through digital media as a way to consciously collide with audiences like never before.
