Kathryn and I worked together at Youth Opportunities Unlimited and in our time working together, I had the pleasure to see many of Kathryn’s strengths and qualities. Her proactive and honest communication abilities not only made her successful in establishing genuine and strong rapport with the youth but also with businesses in the London area.

Kathryn is one of the most hard-working people that I have had the pleasure of meeting; always going beyond what’s expected in order to achieve the goals she sets to reach. During meetings and program discussions, Kathryn brought forth unique ideas and suggestions showing a very creative and logical thought process. She approached every challenge and new project with incredible leadership qualities, supporting and leading her coworkers towards success. Her sincere passion for working with and supporting young people came across in all her work.

During times of high stress, Kathryn would always maintain a very approachable and friendly demeanor; making time to connect with her co-workers regarding any updates or inquiries. Her good sense of humour was very welcomed and her outstanding networking abilities brought many new connections to YOU.
